Our shipping is mostly done by ground transport do to the large nature of our items.

Once your order has been processed your shipment should get to you within 3-19 Days

Returns Policy (applies after 24 hours have passed after an order was placed)

  • Orders may be returned or canceled within 3 days of receipt for a refund equaling the purchase price minus both a 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping and handling costs. These costs are deducted from the refund, regardless of whether you were originally invoiced for shipping or if the costs were discounted or free.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered. 
  • Exact delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries on evenings or weekends cannot be guaranteed.
  • To request to return an order, send an email to buysmartwebsales@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the reason for returning. Unfortunately, no phone cancellations can be processed. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the return and next steps.
  • Clearance items are not returnable. 
  • We ship via our experienced delivery partners. We will contact you when your order has been shipped. Deliveries are made Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
  • Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together.
